Adriana is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and an advocate for innovative and strength-based talent management practices.
She is the Founder and Principal Coach of Human Capital Advisory. Human Capital Advisory is a firm focused on the revitalization of people management by using strength-based development methodologies. Adriana focuses on creating inspiring and ground-breaking people management policies and practices by capitalizing on individual and collective employees’ natural talents.
Adriana is a strategic advisor and coach with demonstrated expertise in applied methodologies for talent management practices, performance management, human capital strategy, talent analytics, leadership development, recruitment, and selection. She has effectively worked in partnership with multidisciplinary human resources team and other functional leaders to design, develop, and deliver cross-functional talent management programs. Adriana holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Randolph College and a master’s degree in Public Policy from George Mason University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
