Ariana Rojas

About Me

Ariana is a strategy and management expert at IMPACTO. She has 15 years of experience leading the implementation of multidisciplinary projects in Latin America. She focuses on business planning and strategy, sales management and distribution channels, and product positioning in the corporate field.

She currently manages sports projects with a social purpose. These projects are a transformation vehicle to reduce education inequalities worldwide, as sports play a critical role in improving psychological, psychosocial, and educational outcomes. She brings to the projects not only the management and strategic skills she has acquired throughout her entire professional career but also her sports aptitudes as a former professional tennis player, marathonist, and running coach.

She has worked for IBM for over eight years. She began her career at the company in the demand planning and finance area before moving onto IBM’s commercial operations, where she managed the distribution channels, customer relations at the executive level, and the comprehensive management of the sales cycle. She returned to the company years later to work for the Latin American region as the leader of strategic projects in the hardware unit.

Ariana worked for Telefónica del Peru for 5+ years, leading the planning and execution of the commercial strategy corporate service area. Prior to that, she implemented multidisciplinary projects for Alicorp, a Peruvian mass consumption company.

Ariana has an MBA from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
